PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SUMBER TEHNIK NUSANTARA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership, training, and work environment on the employees’ performance at PT. Sumber Tehnik Nusantara.The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees who worked at PT. Sumber Teknik Nusantara consisted of 50 people. The data collection technique used saturation sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 version. The result of the classical assumption test which through the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test; showed that all variables were not violated with the existing rules. In addition, the result of the proper model test with the F-test and determination coefficient concluded that the regression model was properly used. The result of the hypothesis test showed that leadership, training, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance.
