PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, LIKUIDITAS, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the effect of dividend policy which was referred to as the (DPR), liquidity was referred to as the (CR), and profitability was referred to as (ROE); on the firm value was referred to as (PBV) of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019- 2022. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 9 companies from 24 Food and Beverage companies listed on IDX as the sample. Furthermore, the data were secondary, in the form of companies’ annual financial statements. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 29 version.. The result showed that DPR had a positive and significant effect on firm value. It meant the amount of the sharing dividend did have a bigger effect on firm value. However, CR had a negative effect and insignificant effect on firm value. Therefore, the fluctuation of liquidity did not affect firm value. In contrast, ROE had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Fortunately, the fluctuability of profitability had a meaningful effect on firm value.
