PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA DINAS KEPEMUDAAN DAN OLAHRAGA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work discipline, and competency on the employees’ performance at the Youth and Sports Office in East Java Province. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees in the secretariat department of the Youth and Sports Office in East Java Province. The data collection technique used a saturated sample or a whole amount of the population was observed. In line with that, 40 respondents fulfilled the criteria as a sample. Furthermore, the instruments in the data collection technique were surveys and questionnaires. The data analysis technique with multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 version. The result indicated that work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the Youth and Sports Office in East Java Province. Likewise, work discipline had a positive and significant on the employees’ performance of the Youth and Sports Department in East Java Province, Similarly, competency had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance of the Youth and Sports Department in East Java Province.
