PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KECAMATAN WIYUNG KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and work environment on the employees’ performance in Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Furthermore, the data were primary. The sampling technique used saturated sampling or total sampling. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution)26 version. The result indicated that compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance in Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya. Likewise, organizational culture had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance in Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya. Similarly, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance in Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya.
