PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY, CURRENT RATIO, DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Total Equity Ratio (DER) to stock returns in pharmaceutical companies. The population in this research were pharmaceutical companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2012-2016 which amounted to 10 companies. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria, so that obtained 7 samples of pharmaceutical companies with period 2012-2016 that meet the criteria of research. The statistic method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is used to test the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) to stock return on pharmaceutical company by using SPSS tool 24. The results of this research indicate that there are two variables that significantly influence the stock return of the variable Return On Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR). While the variable Debt to Total Equity Ratio no significant influence on stock return.
