PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research is meant to find out the influence of leadership style, communication and work discipline to the
performance of the employees. The respondents of this research are all employees of PT. Archoplan Indoraya
Surabaya. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis with F test, and t
test. Based on the F test it has been found that the regressions model is feasible to be used for the measurement of
the influence of leadership style, communication and work discipline to the performance of the employees because
the significance value is less than 0.05 which is 0.000. the value of multiple coefficient determination is 83.8%, it
shows that leadership style, communication and work discipline is feasible to influence the performance of the
employees is 83.8%, meanwhile the remaining is 16.2% it has been influenced by other factors outside of this
research. Based on the t test it has been found that leadership style has influence to the performance of the
employees, communication has an influence to the performance of the employees and work discipline has an
influence to the performance of the employees because the significance value of these three independent variables
are smaller than 0.05.
