PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, STRESS KERJA, DAN SELF ESTEEM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and self-esteem on employees’ performance at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda Surabaya.The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda, consisting of 80 respondents. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version.The result concluded that 1) workload had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda Surabaya, 2) work stress had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda Surabaya, and 3) self-esteem had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda Surabaya.
