PENGARUH PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PADA CV ELANG SAMUDRA
Abstract
Th
e purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the recruitment process and to compensation has
significant influence to the loyalty of the employees at CV. Elang Samudra Surabaya and to find out the
compensation variable has dominant influence to the loyalty of the employees at CV. Elang Samudra Surabaya.
The population is 50 employees at CV. Elang Samudra Surabaya. The sample collection technique has been done
by using saturated sampling method. The data collection method has been done by using questionnaire method
and the data analysis method has been done by performing multiple linear regressions and the hypothesis test has
been done by using SPSS 20 version. Based on the result of feasibility model test, it shows that the regression
model can be used in the future analysis. Based on the result of hypothesis test, it shows that the recruitment
process and compensation variables have positive and significant influence to the loyalty of the employees at CV
Elang samudra Surabaya. The variable which has dominant influence is the compensation to the loyalty of the
employees at CV Elang samudra Surabaya.
