PENGARUH INFLASI, JUMLAH UANG BEREDAR, DAN SUKU BUNGA TERHADAP INDEKS LQ45 DI BEI
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of inflation, amount of distributed money, and interest rate on the stock price of blue chips listed on LQ-45 index companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Moreover, it specifically examined the blue chips stock listed on LQ-45 index companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. The data were taken from some sources, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Bank of Indonesia (BI), and The Central Bureau of Statistics. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. It aimed to find out the cause-effect relationship among variables. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 145 samples from 27 companies which their stocks were listed on the LQ-45 index companies. However, there were 70 outlier data as it did not distribute normally. In total, there were 75 data samples. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that inflation had an insignificant effect on stock price. However, both of the amounts of distributed money and interest rate had a positive and significant effect on the stock price.
