PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN BANDAR KABUPATEN PACITAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at the Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Pacitan office. The population was all employees at the Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Pacitan office. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which all member of the population was the sample. The instrument of data collection technique used questionnaires, which were distributed to 30 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 19. The result of the classical assumption test consisted of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests showed that all variables had fulfilled the classical assumption. While proper model test concluded that the regression model was properly used. Additionally, the research result concluded that work discipline had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, the work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance. However, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Pacitan office.
