PENGARUH ROA, DER, KM, DAN KI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN DI BEI
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of probability (ROA), leverage (DER), managerial ownership, and institusional ownership on the firm value (PBV) of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 63 mining companies listed on IDX during 2018-2021. The independent variables were profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, and institusional ownership. While the dependent variable was firm value (PBV). Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 20 companies as the sample. Additionally, the data were taken for 4 years (2018-2021). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. The results concluded that profitability (ROA) affected the firm value (PBV). However, leverage (DER) did not affect the firm value (PBV). In contrast, managerial ownership affected the firm value (PBV). Meanwhile, institusional ownership did not affect the firm value (PBV).
