PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN REWARD TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KOPERASI WANITA KARYA MANDIRI
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational support, and rewards on performance which was mediated by employees’ performance at Koperasi Wanita Karya Mandiri. Moreover, the research was descriptive-quantitative. The data were primary. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. Additionally, the population was employees at Koperasi Wanita Karya Mandiri. In addition, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 40 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linearregression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. Additionally, the research result concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Koperasi Wanita Karya Mandiri. On the otherhand, organizational support had a negative and insignificant effect on employees’performance at Koperasi Wanita Karya Mandiri. In contrast, rewards had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Koperasi Wanita Karya Mandiri.
