PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Within an organization, human resources or employees take a very important role in companies’ activities. The
resources are used to run and activate other resources in achieving organizational objectives. Therefore, this
research aimed to examine empirically, the effect of leadership style, work discipline, and self-efficacy on the
employees’ performance at PT. Arfa Selaras Abadi. The research was descriptive-quantitative with saturated
sampling (census) as the data collection technique. Moreover, the population was all employees at PT. Arfa
Selaras Abadi. In line with that, there were 40 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the
data collection technique used questionnaires, which were distributed directly to the respondents. The data
analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result concluded that leadership style had a
significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Arfa Selaras Abadi. However, work discipline had
a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Arta Selaras Abadi. In contrast, self-efficacy
had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Arfa Selaras Abadi.
