PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ASURANSI TOKIO MARINE INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction on the employees’
performance at the PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia Surabaya branch. The population was all employees at
PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia Surabaya branch. Moreover, the data were primary wit instrument in the
data collection was questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The research was
quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all member of the
population was the sample. In line with that, there were 35 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data
analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25
version. Based on the classical assumption test result, it found that there were no deviate variables. The result of
the hypothesis test (t-test) showed that motivation, compensation, and work satisfaction had a significant effect
on the employees’ performance of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia Surabaya branch.
