PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The company's success in achieving its objectives is influenced by several factors, one important factor is human
resources, cause human resources are the perpetrators of the overall level of planning until the evaluation that
able to utilize other resources of company. The company's goals can be achieved if the performance generated by
the employee meets the specified target of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation,
motivation, and work environment on employee performance. Respondents in this study were employees of CV.
Nusantara Jaya totaling 100 people. The analysis technique used are multiple linear regression, tests goodness of
fit with F test, the coefficient determination, and t test. The test results show that the compensation effect on the
performance of employees, this is evidenced by the t test showed significance value less than 0.05 is 0.000.
Motivation partially influence on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test showed significance value
less than 0.05 is 0,010. Partially working environment affect the performance of employees, this is evidenced by
the t test showed significance value less than 0.05 is 0.019.
