Abstract

The main purpose of established company is to achieve maximum profit and in order to increase the
prosperity of shareholders that can be realized by maximizingfirm value. The higher of the firm value
also higher the prosperity of the shareholders. This research aims to examine the influence of financial
performance proxyed by Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) to Company Value projected by Tobin's Q. Population in this research obtained by
using purposive sampling method at Pharmaceuticals company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)
during 2012-2016 period and based on predetermined criterion is obtained by sample of 6 Pharmaceuticals
company. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and
Service Solutions) application tool. The results showed that the Return on Asset (ROA) has no significant influence
on the value of the company. While the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) have a significant influence on Corporate Value.
