Abstract
This research is meant to find out the influence of salary, and work motivation to the performance of
the employees at players’p
ool n lounge Surabaya both simultaneous and partial, and to test which one
of the variables has dominant influence to the performance of the employees at p
layers’ pool n lounge
Surabaya. This research applies quantitative paradigm, because it emphasizes ontesting some theories
by conducting measurement on research variables with figures and perform data analysis with
statistical procedures. The population of this research is all employees who work at p
layer’s pool n
lounge Surabaya, and the sample collection has been done by using saturated sample and the samples
are 38 people. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The
result of this research shows that F test is stated by salary (G) and work motivation (MK) its F
