PENGARUH PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN, KOMPENSASI NON-FINANCIAL, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KERJA KARYAWAN PT GRAHA WIDYA BHAKTI STIESIA
Abstract
This research aimed to analyze and find out the effect of employees’ empowerment, non-financial compensation, and work satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT. Graha Widya Bakti, STIESIA Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was employees who worked at PT. Graha Widya Bakti, STIESIA Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling or total sampling; in which the sample was taken from a population consisting of 40 respondents. The instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires, which were distributed to the respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The research result concluded that work satisfaction affected employees’ performance at PT. Graha Widya Bakti, STIESIA Surabaya. On the other hand, employees’ empowerment did not affect employees’ performance at PT. Graha Widya Bakti, STIESIA Surabaya. Likewise, non-financial compensation did not affect employees’ performance at PT. Graha Widya Bakti, STIESIA Surabaya.
