Abstract

This study uses the variables Recruitment, Training, and Competence for Regional Development Banks of East Java, where this research has a discussion of the recruitment system that occurs in companies and provides training to employees and the competencies possessed by employees in improving company performance. The research itself used a comparative causal method with a quantitative approach and used primary data and the data source used was distributing questionnaires to employees of the East Java Daerha Development Bank (Bank Jatim Head Office) using a total of 76 employees. The test tool itself uses SPSS Software Version 23 with data analysis used is descriptive test and analysis of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research partially show that the recruitment variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance, training and competency variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, recruitment, training and competence simultaneously have the same effect on employee performance.
