PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN CV. F.A MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This research is meant to find out and to test the influence of work motivation variable and incentive
to the employees’ performance variable in CV. F.A Management Surabaya. The population is all
employees of CV. F.A Management Surabaya and 50 respondents have been selected as samples. The
data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions which is meant to calculate
the amount of coefficient regressions in order to shows the great influence of work motivation variable
and incentive variable to the work spirit of the employees. Meanwhile goodness of fit test (F test) is use
to test the model feasibility in the research. The result of F test shows that the regression model is
feasible to be used to predict the work spirit of the employees on CV. F.A Management Surabaya. The
result of the t test shows that work motivation variable has significant and positive influence to the
work spirit; incentive variable has significant and positive influence to the work spirit of employees on
CV. F.A Management Surabaya. Meanwhile, the work motivation is the dominant variable to the
work spirit of the employees on CV. F.A Management Surabaya.
