PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SENIKERSKU SURABAYA

Abstract

An organization that has a large scale, is considered to have human resources that can determine the process of business development, and the role of the human resources becomes very important in order to achieve the company’s goal. This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership, compensation and work motivation on the employee's performance. Furthermore, the research population used employees of Senikerku Surabaya. This research used causal comparative. Moreover, the research sample collection used saturated samples i.e., a sample collection technique which used all the members of the population as sample, therefore it obtained 34 respondents. The research data collection used questionnaire distribution. Meanwhile, the research analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS 23 version. Based on the classic assumption test, no deviating variables were found. The hypothesis test result showed that leadership had a significant effect on the employee’s performance at Senikersku Surabaya, compensation had a significant effect on the employee’s performance at Senikersku Surabaya, and motivation had a significant effect on the employee’s performance at Senikersku Surabaya.
