PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI PERILAKU INOVASI (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN PLN AREA SIDOARJO)
Abstract
The human resources who have the potential and quality will be the main point of strength in the company.
Furthermore, human resources are one of the important elements for a business or company to run well. Therefore,
the company requires good human resources management in order to obtain optimal employee performance. This
research aimed to find out the effect of knowledge sharing on the employees' performance through the innovation
behavior (study at the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Sidoarjo area). Furthermore, this research was
quantitative. Meanwhile, the research population used 52 employees' at PT. PLN (Persero) Sidoarjo area with
the number of samples was 46 employees. Furthermore, the research data source was obtained from primary data
by collecting data with questionnaires. Moreover, the research data analysis technique used PLS technique
(Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The research result indicated that knowledge
sharing had a positive and significant effect on the employees performance, knowledge sharing had a positive and
significant effect on the innovation behavior, also the knowledge sharing on the employees' performance through
innovation behavior had a positive and significant effect at PT. PLN (Persero) Sidoarjo Area.
