PENGARUH WORK FROM HOME DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TIMUR Tbk. CABANG BANGKALAN - MADURA
Abstract
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have followed the Government's rules in making social distancing to cut off the spread of the virus. Employees apply this policy through limitations of work hours as well as doing Work From Home (WFH) with still paying attention to the continuity of customers’ service. These efforts become a solution to stop the Covid-19 spread widely. However, to maintain its good service and to keep the business running well, the implementation of WFH needs to be done by the management by considering some problems that may occur. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of Work From Home and work discipline on employees’ performance at BPD East Java Tbk, branch of Bangkalan-Madura. The research was quantitative with primary data. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data collection technique used a saturated sampling technique. In line with that, there were 50 samples of respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The result concluded that there was a significant effect of WFH on the employees’ performance. Likewise, work discipline had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at BPD East Java Tbk, branch of Bangkalan-Madura.
