PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvability on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables were profitability referred to Return On Equity; liquidity referred to as Current Ratio, and solvability referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio. Meanwhile, the dependent variable, namely firm value, was referred to as Price to Book Value. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was 29 Food and Beverage companies that were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2020. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 7 samples of companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that both profitability and solvability had a significant positive effect on firm value. In contrast, liquidity had an insignificant effect on firm value.
