PENGARUH HARGA, LOKASI, DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA PANJI SPORT SURABAYA
Abstract
This study aims to test the impact of the price, the location, the facilities on the customers satisfaction in panji sport Surabaya. The customer's satisfaction is one of the business goals from the companies, which possibly impacts the companies continuity. The population of this study are the customers who experience on purchasing products in that sport store. The competition of the sport store business is getting tight, it makes the price, the location and the facilities are the level of excellence which customers exppect. If the price, the location and the facilities meet the customer's expectation, it will lead to their satisfaction. This study aims to test the impact of the price, the location, the facilities on the customer's satisfaction in panji sport surabaya. The population of this study are infinite. The result of this study indicates the price, the location, the facilities give positive and significant impacts to the customer's satisfaction, so panji sport surabaya is expected to pay more attention on stabilizating the strategy for the price, the location, the facilities since they will impact the level of the customers satisfaction.
