Abstract

Employees’ performance is either quantitative or quality work results that have been achieved by employees according to their responsibilities to the companies. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, compensation, and organizational commitment on employees’ performance at Surabaya Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 66 employees of Surabaya Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services. Furthermore, the data collection technique used the saturated sampling technique. Additionally, the instrument in the data collection technique used closed questionnaires. While the measurement scale that was used namely the Likert scale with five levels of answer preference. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The research result concluded that leadership style, compensation, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Surabaya Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services.
