PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR POS CABANG UTAMA SURABAYA 60000
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, the effect of training, and the effect of motivation on employees’ performance at the main branch of Surabaya Post Office 60000. The population was employees of the main branch of Surabaya Post Office 60000. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, with the research instrument used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. In addition, the research result concluded that leadership style had an insignificant effect on employees’ performance at the main branch of Surabaya Post Office 60000. Meanwhile, training had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at the main branch of Surabaya Post Office 60000. Likewise, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at the main branch of Surabaya Post Office 60000.
