PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. FIF SURABAYA
Abstract
Today, the competition in the business world is much stronger. Therefore, companies need to have competent human resources. In order to have those kinds of human resources, proper compensation and a comfortable working environment must be prioritized. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of compensation and working environment on employees performance of PT. FIF Surabaya. The research was quantitative research. Moreover, the population was employees of PT. FIF Surabaya. Furthermore, the data were primary, Additionally, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires which were distribused to 50 respondent as the sample, in addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and service Solution) 20.0. The research result concluded than compensation had a positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. FIF Surabaya. Likewise, the working environment had a positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. FIF Surabaya. Compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. FIF Surabaya. This shows that the distribution of salaries and incentives is very appropriate given by PT. FIF Surabaya. The work environment affects the performance of employees of PT. FIF Surabaya. This shows how the company provides adequate facilities for employees of PT. FIF Surabaya.
