PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus : Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya)
Abstract
This research aimed to analyze and find out the effect of work environment and organization culture on the
employees performance at Social Service at city of Surabaya. The independent variables in this research are work
environment and organizational culture. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The
population used in this study were employees of the Surabaya City Social Service. While the research population
was employees at Social Services at city of Surabaya. Moreover, the research was quantitative research. The
sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sampling method which is a sampling technique that takes
all members of the population in the object as a sample, data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires
with a sample of 45 respondents. Moreover, the research analysis method used multiple linear regressions.
Moreover, the data analysis technique used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20 version. The
research result concluted that the work environment had positive and significant effect on the employees’
performance at Social Service at city of Surabaya. Likewise, the organization culture had a positive and significant
effect on the employees’ performance at Social Service at city of Surabaya.
