Abstract

PT. Makmur Artha Cemerlang, Mojokerto is a company which runs in production and marketing of various jelly products in a package. As there are many companies which have the same products of food and beverages, the company needs to maintain its competitiveness by keeping employees’ performance. Moreover, human resources become the main source in running the company. Therefore, due to its essential role, the company is determined to plan and develop the human resources quality. WIth the demand, there needs to be human resources management as a plan, employees’ arrangement, its development and good employment. This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of work motivation, environment, and discipline on employees’ performance of PT. Makmur Artha Cemerlang, Mojokerto. The research was quantitative with primary data and supported by respondents’ questionnaires. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with 86 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with SPSS 26.
