PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR POS CABANG UTAMA SURABAYA 60000
Abstract
This research aimed to observe and test the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on the employees' performance at Post Office Main branch Surabaya 6000. This research used a quantitative method and used primary data supported by questionnaires from the respondents. Furthermore, the research sample collection used a saturated sample technique with sixty-four sample of employees’ respondents at Post Office Main branch Surabaya 6000. Moreover, this research used multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS program 26 versions. Based on the test result used data analysis showed that simultaneously the variable of compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Post Office Main branch Surabaya 6000, furthermore, work environment variable had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at Post Office Main branch Surabaya 6000. Moreover, the correlation between compensation, motivation, and work environment were shows strong. By the appropriate existence of compensation, motivation and also a good work environment were a very important things to improved the employees’ performance in achieving the company goals.
