PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Abstract
This research aimed to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the
teacher’s performance at Bandar Kedung Mulyo Senior High School Jombang. Furthermore, the research
population used all the teacher at Bandar Kedung Mulyo Senior High School Jombang. The research was
quantitative. Meanwhile, the research population used 38 teacher at Bandar Kedung Mulyo Senior High School
Jombang. Moreover, the research sample collection technique used a saturated sample method, i.e., a sample
collection technique with all the population’s members; therefore, it obtained 38 respondents. On the other hand,
the research data collection used questionnaires distributed to the 38 respondents. Moreover, the research
analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Product and
Service Solutions) system program 25 version. The research result showed that motivation had a positive and
insignificant effect on the teacher’s performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the
teacher’s, and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at Bandar
Kedung Mulyo Senior High School Jombang.
