PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPETENSI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT RAMAYANA LESTARI SENTOSA
Abstract
This research aimed to observe the effect of motivation, competency, and work environment on the employees' performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. This research used a quantitative method with primary data supported from the respondents through questionnaires. The research data used subjective data or known asself-report data. This research used a type of data taken based on the opinions, attitudes, experiences and characteristics of the respondents. Moreover, the sample collection technique used Non-probability sampling with fifty employees of respondents at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. Moreover, the independent variable used motivation, competency, and work environment, meanwhile the dependent variable was employees’ performance. This research used multiple linear analysis methods with the IBM programSPSS. The research result of the t-test concluded that the variable of motivation did notaffect the employees’ performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, while, the competency variable did not affect the employees’ performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, moreover, the variable of work environment had a significant effect on the employees' performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa.
