PENGARUH DISIPLIN MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT DAYA MATAHARI UTAMA
Abstract
The human resources role requires the target fulfillment in the company to achieve profit and development of the company. This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at PT Daya Matahari Utama. This research used the quantitative method. Furthermore the research population used employees at PT Daya Matahari Utama in Surabaya with determining criteria was minimum senior high school as many as 35 people consisted of a manager, supervisor, and staff. Moreover, the research sample collection technique used a saturated sample. The research data collection used questionnaire distribution with 35 respondents. In addition, the research analysis technique used multiple linier regressions analysis technique. The research result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance work motivation did not have a significant effect on the employees’ performance and work satisfaction did not have any effect on the employees’ performance at PT Daya Matahari Utama.
