PENGARUH BUDAYA,KOMPETENSI,KOMITMEN, KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PRIMA AMERTHA NUSANTARA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of organiational culture, competency, organizational comitment and work satisfcation on the employees’ performance at PT. Prima Amertha Nusantara, Surabaya. This research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research sample used saturated sampling. Based on the staurated sampling with the research sample of 41 employees at PT. Prima Amertha Nusantara, Surabaya. Moreover, The data collection used questionairre distribution to the PT. Prima Amertha Nusantara, Surabaya with the questionairre measurement with Likerts scale. Meanwhile, the research data technique used multiple linear regression method with SPSS program 27 version. Based on the t test result showed that the variable of organizational culture had a negative and insignificant effect on the employees’ performance, the competency variable had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance, the organizational comitment variable had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the variable of work environment had a positive effect on the employees’ performance.
