PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUMDA DELTA TIRTA SIDOARJO

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation and work environment on the employees’ performance at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. This research was casual associative with quantitative research as its approach. Moreover, the research population was active employees who worked at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling technique. While Slovin formula was used in order to decide what criteria needed to be taken as the sample. Additionally, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires which were distributed to 84 respondents of employees as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The reserach result concluded that motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. Likewise, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo.
