PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANGKASA PURA I (PERSERO) BANDARA INTERNASIONAL JUANDA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, and organizational culture on the employees'
performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. While the research was
quantitative with a survey research method. Moreover, the research population used permanent employees at
PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandara Internasional Juanda Surabaya which consisted of 336 people. By the Slovin
formula, the sampel obtained 77 respondents of employees. Furthermore, the sample collection technique used
simple random sampling i.e., a sample collection conducted randomly. Additionaly, the research analysis method
used multiple linear regression with calculation with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program
system 24 version. The research result concluded that the emotional intelligence had a significant effect on the
employees' performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Likewise, the
organizational culture had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandara
Internasional Juanda Surabaya.
