PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN RITEL DI BEI

Abstract

Companies long-term goal is to maintain thei stakeholders wealth. This objective is taken since by having the stakeholders prosperous, the companies will be regularly to have their funds sources. Moreover, these sources are managed by the companies in order to have some profits. This research aimed to find out the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), firm size, and exchanges rate on firm value of retailer companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2020. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. While the fulfilled the research criteria. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science). The research result concludednthat both Return on Assets (ROA) and firm size had a positive and significant effect on firm size. On the other hand, exchange rate had a negative and significant effect on firm value.
