PENGARUH PERENCANAAN KARIR, PELATIHAN, KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur)
Abstract
This research aimed to examine and analyze the career planning, training, compensation and work environment on the employees' performance at Health Departments East Java Province. This research was quantitative. The research population used employees at Health Departments East Java Province Sub-Secretary Division with a minimum education of undergraduate (S1). Furthermore, the research sample used 40 respondents. Moreover, the sample determination method used purposive sampling. In addition, the research data collection used the questionnaires method. Meanwhile, the research analysis technique used SPSS 20 version. The research result concluded that career planning had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ performance. Training had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the compensation had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ performance. In addition, the work environment had a significant and positive effect.
