PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, BEBAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RRI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of organizational culture, work burden, work discipline and employee
commitment on the employees’ performance at the Public Broadcasting Institution Radio Republic Indonesia
Surabaya. The research was explanatory research used quantitative. The research population used employees with
35 people. The sample collection technique used complete enumeration. Furthermore, the research data used
primary data and was collected through questionnaires distributed. The research data analysis used multiple linear
regression with the SPSS program 25 version. The research result concluded that the classic assumption test
through normality, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test showed that all the variables use had already
fulfilled the determining criteria. Meanwhile, the model feasibility test with F test and coefficient determination
stated with the regressions model of this research used feasible research. The hypothesis test showed organizational
culture, work burden, work discipline, and employees’ performance at the Public Broadcasting Institution Radio
Republic Indonesia Surabaya.
