PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability (return on equity), liquidity (current ratio) and firm size (size) on the firm value in the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The research population used the 10 pharmaceutical companies sector listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange listed in the 2016-2020 period. Furthermore, the research sample collection technique used saturated sampling, it obtained 7 companies by the research criteria given. This research used quantitative with the secondary data taken from the company’s financial statements. Moreover, the management and research data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application 25 version. The research result concluded that profitability (return on equity) had a positive and significant effect on the firm value in pharmaceutical companies sector, liquidity (current ratio) had a negative and insignificant effect on the firm value of the pharmaceutical companies sector and firm size (size) had a positive and significant effect on the firm value of pharmaceutical companies sector.
