PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of recruitment, selection and placement on the employees
perfomance at PT Cipta Karya Buana. Moreover, the research population was employees of PT Cipta Karya Buana
with 86 respondents taken from the calculation of the Slovin Formula. The research data analysis used multiple
linear regression analysis in order to calculate the amount of coefficient. Besides, it was used also to fine out the
effect of amount of effect, selection and placement on the employees perfomance. Furthermore, the hypothesis test
used the Goodness of fit test with the F test and partially test with t-test. The result of Goodness of fit test with the
F test showes that selection (S) had a significant effect on the employees perfomance. On the other hand, both
recruitment (R) and placement (P) had an insignificant effect on the employees perfomance. In contrast, the partial
test effect with t-test showed that recruitment had a negative and insigficant effect on the employees perfomance.
On the contrary, the selection (S) had a positive and signficant effect on the employees perfomance. However, the
placement had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees perfomance
