PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KEHUTANAN PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
This research aimed to analyze and find out the effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment on the employees’ work discipline at Forestry Service in East Java Province. The research population used 102 respondents. This research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research sample collection used saturated sampling i.e., a sample collection technique with all the members of the population used as sample. Moreover, the instrument in data collection used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to the number of samples of 102 respondents. The data analysis technique of this research used SPSS 25 version. The data result of processing data with multiple linear regressions showed that the compensation had a positive but insignificant effect on the work discipline, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline, work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline at Forestry Service East Java province.
