PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA WANITA MELALUI PERILAKU INOVATIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of self-efficiency and individual characteristics on the success of business women through innovative behaviour as the intervening variable at business women at Pusat Grosir Surabaya (PGS). This research used aquantitative method with the data collected from business women at PGS as the research object and the sample collection technique used Lemeshow because it was an unknown population amount it obtained 100 respondents. Moreover, the research method used the software program smartPLS 3.0. This research concluded that directly the self-efficacy had a significant and positive effect on the business woman, the individual characteristic had a significant and positive effect on the success of business woman, self-efficacy had a significant and positive effect on the innovative behaviour, the individual characteristics had a significant and positive effect on the innovative behaviour, and, the innovative behaviour had a significant and positive effect on the business woman success, Self-efficacy and individual characteristics had an indirect effect on the success of women's businesses through innovation as an intervening variable at Pusat Grosir Surabaya.
