PENGARUH BUDAYA KAIZEN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PABRIK GULA LESTARI NGANJUK
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of kaizen culture, work environment, and organisation commitment at sugar factory Lestari. The population was all employees who worked at the sugar factory Lestari. Moreover, the research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which every member in the population were given equal opportunities to be chosen as the sample. Additionally, the instrument in data collection data used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 87 respondents as samples. In addition, the data analysis technique used PLS (partial least square) with SmartPLS 3.0. The research result concluded that kaizen culture did not have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. This was proven with p-value for about 0.400 < 0.05. On the other hand, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It was proven with p-value for about 0.048 < 0.05. Likewise, organisation commitment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of sugar factory Lestari. This was proven with p-value for about 0.025 < 0.05.
