PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN, PERSONAL VALUE, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN FAVEHOTEL
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of competence, personal value, leadership style, and organization commitment on the employees’ performance of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. Moreover, the research was quantitative research. While, the population was employees of Favehotel, Sidoarjo which consisted of 70 people. The data type of this research used primary data obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to all the employees of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling technique. Additionally, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the employees of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. According to the research result, it concluded that competence had a significant effect on the employees’ performance of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. Likewise, personal value had a significant effect on the employees’ performance of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. Similarly, leadership style had a significant effect on the employees’ performance of Favehotel, Sidoarjo. Also, organization commitment had a significant effect on the employees’ performance of Favehotel, Sidoarjo.
