Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the effect of job demand, organizational climate, and interpersonal relations on the efforts of turnover intention reduction at PT BFI Finance Tbk, Area Surabaya. The work demand was measured with job condition, the use of work time, and the target which had been achieved. The organizational climate was measured by conflict on the environment, responsibility, support factors, and familiarity with the environment. Meanwhile, interpersonal relations were measured with trust, openness, and support. This research was quantitative with the population sample used all employees at PT. BFI Finance Tbk, Area Surabaya. This research used simple random sampling i.e., a random sample selection without any criteria given. The number of research samples was 65 employees. Moreover, the research data collection used questionnaire distribution to the respondents. The research analysis method used multiple linear regression with the SPSS program 25 version. The research result concluded that organizational climate and interpersonal relations had a positive effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the work demand did not affect the turnover intention.
