Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation on the employees’ performance, work environment on the employees’ performance and personality on the employee’s performance at PT Levina Permata Abadi. The research population used employees at PT Levina Permata Abadi. This research used the quantitative method. Moreover, the sample collection technique of this research used saturated sampling i.e., sample collection technique which used all the population as samples, by the sample used in this research was all employees at PT Levina Permata Abadi with 40 people as the research samples. Moreover, the data collection was used with questionnaire distribution to the 40 respondents. In addition, the research analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS program 25 version. The research result showed that motivation had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ performance, work environment had a significant and positive effect on the employee’s performance and personality had a significant and positive effect on employees performance at PT Levina Permata Abadi.
