PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PT. HM SAMPOERNA DAN PT. WISMILAK

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of financial performance to the share price of
PT. HM Sampoerna and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur in 2012-2014 periods. The research which has
been done by the researcher is a comparative causal research, in which the researcher explains the
causal relationship
between two variables or more. It can be proven by testing the influence of Current
Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the share price. The
preparation of this research does not use samples because the type of this research obtains the data
from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of secondary data i.e. the financial statement of
PT. HM Sampoerna and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur which consists of consolidated financial
statement, profit and loss statement, and the lists of share price of each company in 2012-2014 periods.
The data analysis has been done by using multiple linear regressions, the model feasibility test, classic
assumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the result of the analysis it has been found that Current
Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has insignificant influence to the share price of PT. HM
Sampoerna and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur. Meanwhile, Return on Assets (ROA) has significant
influence to the share price of PT. HM Sampoerna and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur.
