Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of leadership pattern, work environment, and education level on the performance of village officers at Desa Pandeman, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kabupaten Sumenep. While the research was explanatory research with quantitative as the approach. Moreover, the population was all village officers for about 36 people. Furthermore, the data collection technique used complete enumeration. Additionally, the data were primary with questionnaire as its instrument. In addition, the data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. For the research result, it concluded that the classical assumption test through normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedastic test showed all variables were properly used. Meanwhile, the proper test which used Ftest and determination coefficient showed the regression model was properly used. From the hypothesis test, it showed leadership pattern, work environment, and education level partially had a positive and significant effect on performance of village officers at Desa Pandeman, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kabupaten Sumenep.
